“People should avoid traveling to designated locations with Level 4 notification,” the CDC recommendations read.
“Anyone who must travel must be fully vaccinated first.”
This news comes amid the country’s decision to relax restrictions and add a new list of countries to the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) program. There are eight new countries whose citizens are free from quarantine under this scheme, including the US.
This CDC update is the latest after early August 2021. At that time 16 countries entered the red zone.
Currently, apart from Singapore, a number of countries are still at Level 4 of the CDC. Namely, Austria, Belizia, Botswana, Croatia, Greece, Ireland, Malaysia, Switzerland, Turkey and England.
