Several models of the Samsung Galaxy A and M series are reportedly experiencing a mysterious bug where a number of users claim that the smartphone has a strange problem that causes their device to freeze and restart automatically.
According to SamMobile, quoted by Gizmochina on Tuesday, owners of the Galaxy M30s, Galaxy M31, Galaxy M31s, Galaxy A50, Galaxy A50s and Galaxy A51 smartphones in India recently reported this issue.
Galaxy A and M users say their phones tend to crash and hang frequently. Apart from that, the device is also frequently plagued with automatic reboots.
Users also claim that their device is stuck in the previous boot loop and does not go past the Samsung logo when it is turned on.

Several users who have gone to a Samsung service center have reportedly been told that they may need to replace the smartphone’s motherboard, which is estimated to cost upwards of $100.
