jpnn.com, JAKARTA – Pertamina Patra Niaga, Sub Holding Commercial & Trading of PT Pertamina (Persero) took action on 91 Public Fuel Filling Stations (SPBU) because the distribution of subsidized Solar was not in accordance with the established regulations. This number represents gas stations throughout Indonesia.
Pjs. Corporate Secretary PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Sub Holding Commercial & Trading PT Pertamina (Persero) Irto Ginting explained that this action is proof of the company’s commitment to maintaining the government’s mandate in distributing Solar Subsidy in a targeted manner.
According to Irto, there are several reasons for taking action, including the distribution of subsidized diesel that is not in accordance with the regulation of Presidential Regulation 191/2014, filling of subsidized diesel with jerry cans without a recommendation letter, filling modified vehicles, irregularities in recording/administration, and serving filling or transactions above 200 liters.
“Sanctions are given to ensure the distribution of subsidized fuel goes well,” explained Irto.
Irto said to 91 gas stations because they were proven to have violated until October 2021.
“Currently the actions we are taking are cessation of supply or temporary closure of gas stations and collection of the difference in the selling price of subsidized diesel according to the economic price,” he said.
Pertamina will continue to monitor and coordinate with the apparatus and all stakeholders in conducting field monitoring.
“We do not hesitate to impose strict sanctions on Mr Naughty gas station, ”Said Irto.
