Would you like to support the migration of employees? Our client, a leading global law firm in Frankfurt am Main, is looking for a new talent as an interface between lawyers, clients and authorities. The position is under the direct recruitment to be filled immediately.
Your tasks as an immigration consultant:
- You are responsible for handling labor migration cases and support the lawyers with the relevant mandates
- They advise and support clients, both companies and private individuals
- You undertake visits to clients and authorities
- You manage, edit and delegate relevant documents within the team
- You monitor the central e-mail accounts to ensure processing and compliance with service standards
- You are responsible for training new employees
Your profile:
- You have a university degree or completed training
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in customer service, ideally in an international or service-oriented environment
- You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
- You have good time and self-management skills as well as an exact and conscientious way of working
- You have a confident demeanor and a pronounced service orientation
