Svistyuk also believes that Ukrainians should get out of the habit of temperatures in heated houses in the winter season at levels of 20-25 degrees, and resort to savings.
“Because this winter can show that we have not been fully engaged in energy efficiency and energy conservation until now,” the expert says.
In order to pay less and save money, he urged citizens who use additional heating for heating to stock up on warm clothes and reduce the temperature in the premises during the heating season 2021/2022.
