Organization of exams
Examinations and competitions are managed by the Rectorate of Toulouse for the 8 departments of the academy.

Withdrawal – request for a copy of the diploma
The original diplomas are to be collected from the establishment where the pupil was registered at the time of the exam.
A duplicate of the diploma will not be issued. Also, it is advisable to make photocopies of the original to keep in a safe place.
Diplomas obtained before 1970
The exam registers of sessions going from 1945 to 1970 are always archived in Tarbes: your requests for transcripts or certificates concerning these years can be addressed to the Academic Directorate – DIBAG – rue G. Magnoac – 65016 TARBES ia65- [email protected]
Diplomas obtained from the 1970 session
Lhe archives since 1970 are available at the Académie Inspectorate of Haute-Garonne. All inquiries concerning the period 1970-present should be directed to the examinations and competitive examination division of the Toulouse Rectorate.
