‘La Civil’ is the fictional debut of the Belgian-Romanian director Teodora Ana Mihai (40) and tells the story of a Mexican mother, whose daughter is kidnapped by a drug cartel. The print had its world premiere in Cannes, where it won the Prix du Courage. It is therefore logical that – in addition to the prince – many other well-known heads were also curious about this gripping drama.
