Twitter has been working hard this year to bring new features to its users. Now the platform wants to integrate a Spaces tab on its website and on the newsletter integrated into its application.
Recently, the blue bird social network presented its audio shows Spaces, Super Follow, Twitter Blue subscription, and more. But Twitter is not stopping there and a new option is about to arrive, as indicated 9to5Mac.
The latter was spotted by researcher Nima Owji, who is known to provide features for Twitter under development.
The Live Audio Lounges on Twitter Spaces launched earlier this year on the mobile app and then expanded to the web version of the social network. And the company is still working to improve Spaces.
A Spaces tab on the Twitter website
Twitter users may soon find a Spaces tab, according to Nima Owji on the Twitter website. The tab is already being tested by a few users of the application. And it will facilitate the discovery of Spaces live and programmed.
In addition, the tab has a search box, which would mean that users will finally be able to search for Spaces on the platform.
It must be said that at the present time, it is difficult to discover the Spaces of other people on Twitter because the social network only highlights the salons of the accounts followed. This new functionality will therefore provide access to other Spaces.
Subscribe to newsletters from the Twitter application
Finally, Nima Owji also indicated that Twitter is working on an option allowing users to subscribe to newsletters. directly from the application, whereas currently it is possible to subscribe to a newsletter only via a link sent to the user’s e-mail.
#Twitter is working on a feature to let you confirm your subscription to a @revue newsletter using the app. You won’t have to check your inbox to confirm it, anymore!
Really nice feature! pic.twitter.com/eww7lVmUDY
