Aulia Rafiq arrested by the police for making a false report confessing robbed even though he is a victim open booking online (BO). Aulia’s family apologized.
“We’re in the position of patients, yes. I also feel already humiliated by my own nephew. If you really have to apologize, I’m also sorry,” said Aulia’s uncle, Erwin Tambunan, when contacted detik.com, Tuesday (12/10/2021).
Erwin claimed not to know that the real incident was Aulia the victim open BO. For Aulia’s actions, he said that his nephew was throwing dirt on him.
Until now, Erwin has not communicated with Aulia. “This is another sign of equal power lawyer-his. I just wanted to visit today,” said Erwin.
Erwin really regretted the incident. When he learned the news about Aulia, Erwin did not contact Aulia’s parents directly.
“I’m the older brother, I didn’t contact his mother, because I was afraid his heart would relapse. This is the end sampein old son,” he continued.
Chronology of False Reports
Previously reported, East Jakarta Metro Police Deputy Chief AKBP Ahmad Fanani said this case began when the perpetrators committed a crime open booking online with women via the MiChat app.
Aulia Rafiqi is required to pay Rp 500 thousand to her date. The two of them transacted in an apartment in the Bekasi area.
However, the person concerned did not have the money, so there was an argument with his date. After a fight broke out, the motorbike and WL perpetrator is taken. Aulia also engineered the robbery incident so that there was an excuse when reporting to the family.
Aulia Rafiqi and her colleagues then came to the East Jakarta Metro Police to make a report. According to Fanani, the perpetrator even got angry when he made a report to the police and admitted that his report was not received.
“Reported in a high tone and we received the report. Even the one who reported it had gone viral through Babe’s (application) that the SPKT East Jakarta Police did not receive the report,” explained Fanani.
The report from Aulia Rafiqi was finally investigated by the police. From examining the perpetrators and witnesses to checking the location, it was found that Aulia Rafiqi had lied.
“We are working with the Ditkrimum (Polda Metro Jaya). We can reveal it is a false report. The report was made as if the person concerned was robbed at BKT,” explained Fanani.
On the basis of the false report, Aulia Rafiqi has now been named a suspect. He was charged with Article 220 of the Criminal Code with a threat of 1 year in prison.
