Adele’s 40.6 million Instagram followers got the chance to spend an hour with their idol via Instagram Live on Saturday night. This resulted in positive surprises, for example when the singer showed a part of her unreleased single, but also less positive ones. Like when a fan asked a very intimate question.

Adele got some innocent questions about her new record and her new boyfriend. But the face of the world star spoke volumes when a fan suddenly polled her ‘body count’. That’s English slang for the number of people someone has already shared a bed with. And so Adele was a bit shocked. Luckily she didn’t realize it. “What is my body count? What do you mean?” There was no answer.

On Twitter, other fans were happy about it. “What the f***, did someone really just ask that?” someone wonders. “You are all sickly,” wrote another. “That’s not what you ask.”
