A number of 64,550 properties were sold in September this year, nationwide, 2,413 more than in August, according to data from the National Agency for Cadastre and Real Estate Advertising (ANCPI).
According to the quoted source, the number of houses, lands and apartments that were the subject of sale-purchase contracts in September is 15,982 higher than in the similar period of 2020.
Most real estate sales were recorded in September in Bucharest – 11,282, Brasov – 3,988 and Timis – 3,776.
At the opposite pole, the counties with the least real estate sold in the same period are Călăraşi – 261, Covasna – 336 and Caraş-Severin – 341.
The number of mortgages, at national level, in September 2021, was 25,849, 6,858 lower than in September 2020. Most such operations were registered in Bucharest – 5,811, Ilfov – 1,663 and Timiş – 1,302.
At the opposite pole are the counties Harghita – 73, Caraş-Severin – 93 and Sălaj – 98. The counties where the most agricultural lands were sold in the ninth month of 2021 are Vrancea – 619, Buzău – 524 and Timiş – 511 .
According to Imobiliare.ro, during September, the prices of apartments available for sale in Bucharest recorded an overall advance of 0.9%, from an average of 1,569 euros per usable square meter, to 1,583 euros per square meter.
The increase in requested prices also reappears in Cluj-Napoca, where the expectations of apartment sellers increased by 0.6% during September, reaching an average listing value of 1,985 euros per useful square meter, compared to 1,973 euros per square meter at the end of August.
In Timisoara, the average listing value of an apartment increased, as a whole, by 0.6% during September, from 1,349 to 1,357 euros per usable square meter.
