Latvian basketball player Artūrs Kurucs’ team Vitorija “Baskonia” lost on the second round of the ULEB Euroleague game on Friday. The Spanish club at home with the result 64:78 (17:19, 13:19, 17:19, 17:21) acknowledged the superiority of the AX “Armani Exchange Olimpia” in Milan. Kurucs played for four minutes and four seconds, during which he marked one note in the static columns.
Simone Fontekjo was the most productive with 16 points, but Veids Boldvins and Roks Giedraitis scored 14 points each. Malcolm Delanius scored 13 points for the Milanese, but Chevon Shields had 12 points and ten balls under the baskets. The Vitoria team lost in both Euroleague games and took last place among 18 teams.

Sasha Vezenkov stood out with 16 points and ten rebounds, but Nigel Williams-Goss had the same number of points in Real. Last season, the champion was Istanbul’s “Anadolu Efes”, which beat “Barcelona” in the final.
