Opened last month and inaugurated last week, the new Odalys student residence, located in the Hauts-de-Saint-Aubin district, has 172 furnished and equipped accommodation.

In a real estate market, particularly for student accommodation, which is particularly tense in Angers, the new Odalys student residence quickly sold out. Located rue Lucie-Laboulais, along the tram line, the residence is just a 7-minute walk from the Health Campus (5,000 students) and the ESEO engineering school (1,000 students).
The Odalys Campus Jean Moulin residence has 172 apartments of 15 to 30 m². Each accommodation is organized around three spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen area and a workspace with a desk and high speed internet connection. Students can also take advantage of nearly 200 m² of common areas including, in particular, a fitness room, a relaxation room, a collective work area and many services useful for student life such as a laundry room or an Internet connection.
