Egy has often won the trust of Sustr to strengthen FK Senica this season. The 21-year-old winger has played a total of 210 minutes in five matches in the Slovak League (Fortuna Liga) and the Slovak Cup.

FK Senica’s sporting director, David Balda, said that so far Egy’s performance has satisfied coach Pavel Sustr. Interestingly, Egy also managed to win the hearts of the FK Senica players.
“The coach’s response to Egy has been very good. We at the club like Egy. He is showing good progress every week. The coach [Sustr] happy with Egy, as well as the players,” said Balda to CNNIndonesia.com.
Although often entered as a substitute in the Slovak League, Egy is called Balda an important player for FK Senica. This condition made FK Senica not allow Egy to strengthen the U-23 Indonesian National Team in the 2022 U-23 Asian Cup Qualification.
“Yes, we gave Egy permission to play on the official FIFA date. Egy is an important player for FK Senica, so we can’t lose him for too long,” said Balda.
Thus, Egy will immediately return to FK Senica after strengthening the Indonesian national team against Taiwan in the two-leg play-off of the 2023 Asian Cup qualifiers, 7 and 11 October.
