Administrative Schouwen-Duiveland in the rag basket due to corona

At the beginning of this week, Mayor Van der Hoek reported that he had minor complaints and tested positive for corona. The aldermen Schot and Smit now appear to be infected with the virus. All three are in home quarantine.

Alderman Jacqueline van Burg is struggling with cold and flu symptoms. She canceled last night for a village council meeting in Burgh-Haamstede, but announced that she had no corona among the members.

Alderman Joppe is as healthy as a fish. He already contracted corona in January and now has no complaints that indicate an infection.
