The Investigative Committee announced the arrest of 136 “anonymous commentators” for allegedly cynical statements and videos.
In Belarus, 136 people were detained for allegedly insulting a deceased KGB officer in social networks. About it informs The Investigative Committee of Belarus on Wednesday, October 6.
