Café bosses paid VAT on “non-existent pints” for years, but…

Not 192, but 168 beers: there is that much beer in a barrel. The cafe owners in our country have been saying that since 2013, last month they were also proved right by the Council of State. So the tax authorities will soon have to come up with a new arrangement to tax those pints. Will they now get their money back? And will the consumer notice anything?
