A portrait that US artist Andy Warhol (1928-1987) once painted of his colleague Jean-Michel Basquiat (1960-1988) could fetch more than $ 20 million at auction in New York.

- The 1982 portrait was to be auctioned in November, Christie’s auction house announced on Monday.
The work came from the possession of the US billionaire and art collector Peter Brant. Warhol and Basquiat helped shape the New York art scene in the 1980s and were friends.
