Our shopping behavior has changed a lot since the corona crisis and Colruyt must have known that. For the first time since the 1980s, the supermarket chain is losing significant market share. Where would we rather go shopping these days? And what can be found there that Colruyt does not have? “They jumped on the bandwagon too late.”
