In the third game as interim coach of the Nürnberg Ice Tigers, Stefan Ustorf suffered the first defeat. Against the Düsseldorfer EG the Nürnberger lost 1: 3 – it was not until late that anniversary boy Marco Nowak (600th DEL game) met for the much-acclaimed DEG victory.
