Viral Customer Complaints to the Investment Platform, This is the Magical Explanation of Securities : Okezone Economy

JAKARTA – PT Ajaib Sekuritas Asia finally opened up about the circulation of data from emails to phone numbers that were allegedly used to open fake accounts on the Ajaib investment application platform.

Ajaib Sekuritas Public Relations Anisah Firdaus Bandu said that for now his party has carried out a deeper investigation, including an investigation into the alleged fraudulent account.

“In this regard, we and our team have carried out various searches and have confirmed the relevant matters, so everything is basically in the process,” said Anisah when contacted. MNC Portal Indonesia, Jakarta, Sunday (3/10/2021).

Anisah explained that the management is conducting a deeper investigation by confirming similar cases. He did not specify the number of cases that occurred.

“We, from the internal (company) side, cannot disclose or mention how much data for now because we are also currently still in the maintenance phase,” he said.

He added that the problem of user complaints and account owners had all been resolved and executed by the support team from the company.

“Everything has been handled by the support team and we have provided the best service for our users and of course it is standard with our SOP, like that,” he said.

Previously circulating data in the form of emails to phone numbers used to open fake accounts on investment platforms. But the owner of the name does not know. One of the victims named Ignatius Danang who shared on social media Twitter on July 5, 2021.

“Dear @ajaib_investasi until now I have never registered an account, but since yesterday I have received more than 3 confirmation emails in total. Please follow up. Thank you, cc @ojkindonesia,” he wrote. In total there were three official confirmation emails that Ignatius received. Although it was not distributed, Ignatius had often heard news of buying and selling data.

Another account owner, Nidha Wulandari, told of when Mutual Fund deposits suddenly disappeared from the recap of the Magic Sekuritas application.

“My mutual fund deposits since September 12 suddenly disappeared from the application record for the reason that the evidence was unclear. I was told to resend it many times (until September 23 I sent it again),” wrote Nidha’s comment as confirmed by MNC Portal Indonesia.
