The newest tourist attraction in New York City is not one for those with a fear of heights. A glass viewing platform will soon open on one of the top floors of a skyscraper. Part of an art installation, it also consists of mirrors, reflecting the bustling streetscape of Manhattan into the space. ‘Summit’ will be open to the general public from October 21.
