Pusch is looking for one for the office in Zurich with 36 permanent employees Head or one Head of Marketing and Communication. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic, operational and personnel management of the Marketing and Communication department and, as a member of the executive board, you will also help shape the future of the entire organization.

Your area of ​​responsibility includes:

• overall responsibility for the marketing and communication strategy and its implementation
• managing the marketing and communication department with eight employees today
• the responsibility for the strategic positioning and further development of the brand, as well as for the expansion of the market presence with the target groups
• the structural and content-related further development of the digital channels
• the expansion of communication with the media, members and donors
• the further development of the CRM system as well as the securing of interfaces and data protection regulations
• helping to shape and further develop the overall organization as a member of the executive board

What you bring with you:

• Many years of professional experience in a managerial position in the field of marketing and communication, especially in dialogue marketing
• high textual competence in German, as well as very good knowledge of French
• Proven experience in setting up and managing digital channels (including website, social media, newsletter)
• a lot of experience and enjoyment in handling and further developing CRM
• Enjoyment of many different tasks
• You will be able to take a holistic view of situations even in times of high workload and to meaningfully define, structure and delegate areas of responsibility
• you are decisive and committed to the cause in your area of ​​responsibility
• You enjoy leading your independently working team in an empathic and collegial manner
