The new proposal of Xiaomi for the high end – or medium – it is already starting to come to light, and it seems that it will arrive with some very attractive components. According to a leak of Tenaa Which collects Wccftech, the smartphone – serial code 2109119BC – will come with a 6.55 inch OLED screen and nothing less than one 3,840 x 2,160 pixel resolution. That is to say, 4K.
However, it would not be the first time that a high-end smartphone has been equipped with a 4K resolution screen, as the Sony Xperia 1 III already has it.
We also know that the processor will be eight-core and will have a speed of 2.4 Ghz, but the specific model is unknown. It could be the Snapdragon 778G, a chip that has already been present in lower-ranking teams.
A great battery for a great screen
Xiaomi’s new star team would arrive with nothing more and nothing less than 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. We are talking about numbers that, today, could easily belong to a computer. Its performance will have to do a great double with the supposed 4,400 mAh battery to maintain that 4K screen without sacrificing autonomy.
The main chamber would be 64 megapixels and the front of 8 MP. Regarding its external appearance, this new equipment would have similarity to the Xiaomi 10T Pro; the camera module would feature the main sensor at the top.
To put all of this in perspective, the Xperia 1 III (Sony’s equipment with a 4K display that we mentioned above) has a Snapgragon 888 processor, 5G network support and a triple camera. It is valued at $ 1,299.
There the characteristics of the new Xiaomi equipment do not end, because it also has an iris recognition sensor and a fingerprint reader integrated in the screen. What this terminal does not have, and each time we begin to miss more in high-end equipment, are the 3.5mm port for headphones and the micro SD card slot.
