To the portfolio of services of the insurance company Mapfre, which already includes a wide range of insurance for home, auto, motorcycle, life and companies, a new one is added: the International Visa credit card, which is exclusive to your customers.
“At Mapfre Uruguay we always seek to provide the best service to our customers, that is why we are very happy and excited about the launch of this new product designed especially for them,” said the general manager of Mapfre Uruguay, Marianne Delgado.
And he added: «With the new international credit card you will have exclusive benefits accompanied by the best experience, that is our priority. It is a great pleasure that this project is a reality and a challenge that prompts us to continue working together with the orientation and dedication of Mapfre clients ”.
The advantages to which Delgado refers are divided into two large groups: those associated with policies and insurance, and others that apply to various activities of daily life. Among the first is a 15% discount on the payment of deductibles, in addition to a 5% discount on the payment of the Mapfre insurance policy and an extra 15% discount for the Mapfre ambassador workshop network.
In the second group of advantages, the possibility of making payments in up to 12 installments in shops throughout the country, as well as obtaining 3% discounts on international purchases, something that applies to high demand sites such as Netflix, Amazon, Spotify stands out. and many others.
In addition, starting today Friday, October 1, credit card holders will be able to access 30% discounts in ice cream parlors and cinemas across the country. This benefit applies on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and can be accumulated with other current promotions.
Those Mapfre clients who request and obtain their credit card will also be able to make cash withdrawals in the Banred ATM network throughout the country, as well as associate automatic debits for the different services they have contracted, both within the insurer and outside her.
On the other hand, users of the Mapfre International Visa credit card will receive a free assistance package called “Mapfre helps you.” There, access to the Telemedicine service is included, with which they will be able to make consultations by video call with professionals of general medicine, pediatrics and psychology.
In addition, they will have a Nutritionist and Technological Assistance service, with which they will have remote assistance from computer technicians to receive support and solve unforeseen problems with their devices.
