The Ibero-American Film Festival sneaks into the classrooms of Huelva

The Ibero-American Film Festival of Huelva, the Seville Film Festival, the Valladolid International Film Week (SEMINCI) and the Malaga Festival, gathered under the brand Profestivals21, join their efforts to carry the project Cinéfila Window to the youngest with a common objective: the cinematographic training of the spectators of the future to broaden their social gaze and aesthetic sensibility through recently produced films at a European and Latin American level.

Cinéfila Window, which will take place from October 23 to November 23, will make available to participants, through the film to the platform, a selection of about twenty films: eight feature films and 14 short films. Titles that address, in their arguments, aspects of enormous social relevance such as sexual and family diversity, the migratory challenge and social integration, environmental development and the climatic emergency or artistic creation, among other topics.



Of the total 22 titles scheduled there are five animated films. In addition, it should be noted that several of these productions have been awarded at international festivals and have received the support of specialized critics.

The project of Cinéfila Window it is reinforced in the classrooms with didactic guides and the development of the ‘Small Format Ideas’ initiative, divided into three areas of work, with interventions in the format of short clips by film professionals editing, directing and music in the cinema.

This online section aimed at educational centers can be enjoyed free of charge through the Filmin platform from October 23 to November 23, upon request, the term of which is already open and ends on November 20, the last day to request reservations.
