The mayor of the city announced three days of mourning
COVID-19 killed a family in the town of Rakitovo. The mayor of the municipality Kostadin Hyulyanov announced three days of mourning, he reported BNR.
The tragedy took place within two weeks. During this period of COVID-19 infection, 40-year-old construction inspector Ivo Imanov and his 35-year-old wife died.
The young man’s father also failed to cope with the infection, and his mother is in hospital in serious condition.

The family has two young children who were also infected but survived the infection without complications.
The town of Rakitovo is shocked and as of today is in three days of mourning. All celebrations are postponed until September 30, inclusive.
