Covid cases and hospitalized patients rebound while the other indicators remain stable or down

SANTANDER, 27 Sep. (EUROPA PRESS) –

Cantabria has registered 32 new cases of coronavirus this Sunday, which are nine more than on Saturday, and those hospitalized have increased to 23, three more, according to the latest data from the Ministry of Health, which reflects that the rest of the indicators of the pandemic they remain stable or down.

In the last hours there have been no more fatalities to mourn, after the five deaths last week, and with which the total number has risen to 614 since the Covid broke out.

Meanwhile, most of the hospitalized are in Valdecilla -20, with five in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), the same ones who were in critical condition. There are also two admitted in Sierrallana and one in Laredo.

The pressure in the ward, due to the occupation of beds of these patients, has risen two tenths and stands at 1.8%, while in the ICU it remains at 4.8%.

The incidence of the virus in the region continues to decline slightly, both at fourteen days, with 92 cases per one hundred thousand inhabitants, and at one week, with 43. And in those over 65, these rates, which are also decreasing, are at 65 and 28, respectively.

In the last one, 250 positives have been diagnosed in the autonomous community and 539 if the previous one is also taken into account. The positivity of the tests carried out has dropped one tenth and stands at 3.9%.
