Jakarta (ANTARA) – PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA), a member of the Mining BUMN Holding MIND ID, won three awards at the BUMN Performance Excellence Award or BPEA 2021 event.
PTBA President Director Suryo Eko Hadianto assessed that this award is the result of the work and performance of all PTBA employees, who have worked hard and gave their best for the company’s performance.
“For us, the award is an impact, not a goal. I hope this award will be a motivation for all Bukit Asam employees. I would like to thank all Bukit Asam employees, this award is really hard for us. Hopefully it can continue to be a motivation for all of us,” he said in a written statement in Jakarta, Saturday.
Suryo Eko also explained about the condition of PTBA which still recorded positive performance and even continued to make good achievements during the Covid-19 pandemic.
According to him, the key to the success of PTBA’s performance is integration in all sectors as well as digital innovation, which encourages company employees to work optimally during the pandemic.
The BUMN Performance Excellence Award is an award event held by the BUMN Excellence Forum. The award is an appreciation for the achievement of the Company’s Excellence Level, namely the level of excellent performance achieved by the company according to the results of the assessment carried out by referring to the Superior Performance Assessment Criteria (KPKU).
This year, PTBA received three awards, namely The Best Market Growth, The Best Company Leadership, and Industry Leader 2021.
General Chairperson of the SOE Excellence Forum Agung Yunanto said this award event was aimed at giving appreciation to SOEs for achieving excellent performance and achieving maturity in the utilization of technology, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
