“This is just a decision from the South Jakarta PA, this is only the first level. Both the plaintiff and the defendant have the right to legal action. The plaintiff can file legal action by appeal. Likewise, the defendant has the right to file legal action by appeal, ” said Taslimah at the South Jakarta Religious Court.
“So the decision will have permanent legal force if both of them do not take legal action. However, both the defendant and the plaintiff file a legal action, then wait for the legal efforts of both parties.
