DUBAI, iNews.id – Well Hell on Yaman finally explored by the explorer team cave and scientists geology from Oman last week. The well that gave off the foul odor has long been believed to be the residence of the jinn so that the locals do not dare to approach, let alone search the inside.
Exploration of the well named Barhout which is located in the middle of the desert is believed to be the first time by scientists. The well is about 30 meters wide and more than 65 meters deep.
Yemeni officials estimate that the well is millions of years old. Besides being believed to be the house of the jinn, the well is also referred to as the gate of hell.
Therefore, the locals are not only reluctant to approach, they don’t even mention their names because they are afraid that they will have bad luck.
“Some people say this is a place where apostates and non-believers are tortured after death. Others believe their heads will be beheaded as soon as they are down there, “geologist and owner of the Geology Consultancy Center, Mohammad Al Kindi, told dThe National.
A total of eight explorers from the Oman Cave Exploration Team on September 15 entered it. They do not find or feel like what the residents say. They found snakes, animal carcasses, beautiful cave rocks, and no signs mystical.
