Recenze Death Stranding Director’s Cut » Vortex

Ours review on Death Stranding for PS4 was released in November 2019 and what fits in it is still valid from our point of view and can be applied to the vast majority of the content it brings Director’s Cut edition for PlayStation 5. After playing it, we completely understand why Hideo Kojima doubted, whether to call the subtitle in this way, because it is a graphically improved and slightly expanded original game, which would rather suit the title of the final version. The original one was basically complete. The novelty comes with a nicer look, super-widescreen display, new equipment, other missions, challenges, online leaderboards, a virtual shooting range, races and content inspired by the games Half-Life and Cyberpunk 2077, which was so far its own PC version. These are nice bonuses, but they are not a full-fledged expansion of content in the true sense of the word, an expansion recently brought about by Ghost of Tsushima. And for this reason, we decided not to reduce our conversation and two diametrically different perspectives – a game from the point of view of a novice or a veteran – to a single number, which in itself would have little informative value. As you will find out in the end, the best way to answer the question is whether this is for you or not. You can find more about Death Stranding Director’s Cut in our video review.
