The authorities of the Ministry of Tourism were working against the clock to hire before the end of the year companies in charge of developing a digital advertising campaign for a total of US $ 700,000. Minutes before midnight on December 23, an executive from the Young & Rubicam marketing agency sent an email to the authorities of the Secretary of State with the financial details of the companies’ proposals.
