A recent report from the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce shows that 94% of the almost 300 businesses surveyed say they feel optimistic about the reality of the pandemic, as sales have been normalizing. However, the concern that arises now is the lack of staff, because the same research reveals that 80% of the establishments are having problems finding qualified workers.
