“Yellow” zone
From midnight on September 23, according to the decision of the State Commission of TEB and Emergency Situations, all of Ukraine goes into the “yellow” zone of adaptive quarantine. The rules of this zone do not provide for restrictions on transport and do not limit the opening hours of establishments.
What is prohibited
In the “yellow” zone, mass events are prohibited if the norm is not observed – one person per four square meters. Also, cinema and theaters can only work if the hall is filled to a maximum of 50%. Fitness centers and swimming pools can work, but the norm is one person per 10 square meters. Cafes and restaurants are open, but there can be no more than 4 people at a table, and the distance between tables is at least 1.5 m.
In addition, only those educational institutions where 80% or more of the teachers are vaccinated can work in the “yellow” zone in full-time format. We are talking about at least one dose of the vaccine. The exceptions are kindergartens and elementary schools, they can work without observing the norm in 80% of the vaccinated.
How to avoid restrictions
Yellow zone restrictions can be avoided with vaccinations. Thus, a business can operate without restrictions if 80% of the staff has at least one vaccination and all visitors are also vaccinated.
Also, the quarantine decree provides that a COVID certificate, which allows you not to adhere to restrictions, in addition to vaccinated persons, can also receive those who have recovered, as well as those who have a negative PCR test result.
