The inter-village association for the voluntary blood donation of Crissey, Lessard, Sassenay, Virey is organizing a collection in Virey le Grand on September 29 from 3:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Danielle Bégonin president of the association thanked the volunteers who remained mobilized for the collections during the confinements and this period under health constraints.
The actions carried out with the population have borne fruit with 10 new donors. The survey carried out during the last collection to find out the means by which people were informed of the date and place of collection shows that the associations must communicate as much as possible. This is why going face to face at the entrance to supermarkets, walking through the streets of villages with a megaphone, putting up signs in strategic places, making announcements by the media remain decisive.
A few points remain to be settled for the September 29 collection, such as the choice of snack, the volunteers available and the announcements according to the model of the previous collection.
There is no need to remember that donating blood saves lives. The slogan: “Take 1 hour to save 3 lives!” Is still and even more relevant today. The stocks are at a critical level, donors and future donors are mobilizing, the volunteers of the association and the staff of the EFS await you in Virey le Grand on September 29.
