The open war in the PSdeG does not stop | Radio Galicia

It has been three days since the publication of the article in the press in which the organization secretary of the PSdeG, José Antonio Quiroga denounced maneuvers against the leadership of the party led by Gonzalo Caballero and the battle does not stop.

The Lugo politician directly attributed to José Ramón Gómez Besteiro, former secretary general of the PSdeG-PSOE and Valentín González Formoso, president of the A Coruña Provincial Council and mayor of As Pontes, maneuvers to present an alternative to Caballero “smelling of stale baronies” at the congress that will take place before the end of the year.

The trail of contrary reactions to these public accusations does not stop. From the Coruñés PSOE, the secretary of provincial organization, Jose Manuel Lago Lage has appealed to his party colleagues “who are in the opposition”, the case of Gonzalo Caballero in the Galician Parliament, to that they dedicate themselves to make opposition “but to the PP”.

The government delegate, Jose Miñones has called his colleagues to “focus on work”, as Caballero said on Wednesday, while insisting that the statements of Quiroga were “a mistake.”

In addition, on the last day there were two resignations in the Galician executive, although one of them, that of the former mayor of Sarria, occurred in mid-July.

Both the secretary of social movements, Concepción García, like Pilar López Yáñez, ex-mayor of Sarria, have left the party leadership due to disagreements on how the situation in the city of Ourense is being managed, in the first case, and by the presence in the first line of the PSdeG-PSOE of undesirable people, in the second, in reference to José Antonio Quiroga himself.
