Alienation of part of the rural road n ° 81 E1 known as “Fontainebleau” – By order of the Mayor of September 14, 2021, it is decided that the project for the alienation of part of CR No. 81 E1 known as “Fontainebleau” will be the subject of a public inquiry from Monday October 18, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. to Monday November 1, 2021 at 5:00 p.m.
The documents in the file and the survey register intended to receive comments from the public will be deposited at the Municipal Technical Center (impasse des Frères Lumière-ZAE Les Prés in Clermont l’Hérault) on the usual opening days and hours, i.e. Monday Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. so that everyone can read them and record any observations they may have in the investigation register or send them by La Poste, before the end of the investigation, to the Investigating Commissioner (in Clermont l’Hérault city hall 34 800 – Place de la Victoire), or on the following email address: [email protected], for annexation to the register.
In addition, the Investigating Commissioner, Mr. Jean-Pierre RABAT, will be available to the public at the Municipal Technical Center of Clermont l’Hérault on:
