Student opens fire at university in Russia: at least 8 dead

The gunman has been arrested, a Interior Ministry committee of inquiry wrote in a statement declaration. This is a university student. He was injured during his arrest.

According to Russian media, the shooter is 18 years old. Images of him are circulating on social media. He can be seen walking into the university grounds with a weapon.
