A car driver in Diespeck was withdrawn from traffic with a value far beyond the alcohol limit.
Diespeck – Five per thousand did the breath alcohol test of a 61-year-old driver in Central Franconia Diespeck result. The woman was under a Traffic control stopped in the Neustadt an der Aisch-Bad Windsheim district when the officials noticed the smell of alcohol in the car, as the police announced on Sunday. The woman showed despite the high alcohol level no failure symptoms.
More than three per thousand can generally be life-threatening. The police pointed out that the test is only a preliminary value that must be confirmed by a blood sample for the criminal proceedings. A strongly deviating value is not expected when the blood is taken. The drunk woman had to surrender her driver’s license and vehicle keys on Saturday. According to the information, they are waiting for a not inconsiderable fine as well as consequences under driving license law.
