Pochettino Doesn’t Care Messi Disappointed Being Substituted at PSG vs Lyon

Paris Saint-Germain coach (PSG) Mauricio Pochettino says his decisions sometimes don’t please everyone. In the match against Lyon, Pochettino decided to withdraw Lionel Messi.

Pochettino decided to pull out Messi to be replaced by Achraf Hakimi in the 76th minute. Besides Messi, other players who were pulled out were Angel Di Maria and Ander Herrera.

“Everyone knows that we have a lot of great players, a squad of 35 people. It’s my decision. We can only have 11 players on the pitch.”
