Odessa Port Plant stops again. This was announced on Sunday, September 19, by the first deputy director of the enterprise Nikolai Shchurikov in Facebook.
According to the official, there is no longer any way to stabilize and organize the plant’s work. He also pointed to the technical condition of the plant, calling it “the worst in recent years.”
“Unfortunately, the” window of opportunity “for stabilizing the plant has closed. Each new government makes the same mistakes, trying to squeeze everything out of the plant, and given that since 2004 the government has only been degrading, the current technical state of the plant is the worst in recent years,” – wrote Shchurikov.
As an option to save the enterprise, the deputy director of the IPP calls its privatization.
“I hope that now, when there is nothing to warm your hands from, which did not take anything, then there is a chance to carry out privatization,” wrote the deputy director of the HMO.
In recent years, the port plant worked on a tolling scheme – it received raw materials from a supplier who paid for its processing and received the finished product – ammonia, urea and other chemical products.
