Bayer Leverkusen won the first Sunday game at VfB Stuttgart 3-1, while BVB defeated Union Berlin 4-2. At the end of the fifth matchday, Wolfsburg and Frankfurt drew 1-1.
Wolfsburg. At the start of the fifth Bundesliga matchday, Hertha BSC turned a 0: 1 against Greuther Fürth on Friday evening (September 17, 2021) and won 2: 1.
On Saturday afternoon (September 18, 2021) Mainz and Freiburg separated 0-0, Bielefeld against Hoffenheim was also a zero. Augsburg beat Gladbach 1-0. And in Munich? Since the FC Bayern dealt with the promoted VfL Bochum 7-0.
In the top game, 1. FC Köln played 1: 1 against RB Leipzig. Bayer Leverkusen won 3-1 at VfB Stuttgart on Sunday. Then Union Berlin made a guest appearance at Borussia Dortmund: In a real spectacle, BVB finally won 4-2, the outstanding man: Once again Erling Haaland, who put together a double pack.
At the end of the day there was a duel between Oliver Glasner’s (47) new club, Eintracht Frankfurt, and his former club, VfL Wolfsburg. Eintracht took the lead through Sam Lammers in the 38th minute, and Wout Weghorst equalized to 1: 1 in the 70th minute. By sharing the points, Eintracht remains without a win even after five match days.
