The police headquarters announced this Sunday morning, on social networks, the opening of an administrative investigation following the violent arrest of an individual in Noisy-le-Grand (Seine-Saint-Denis), whose images have been posted on the Internet.
In the approximately 40-second sequence, which appears to be filmed by a woman from her apartment, two men believed to be plainclothes police are subduing a man on the ground. The latter has his hands behind his back.

A third agent then emerges, in uniform, who strikes and kicks the man on the ground violently, at the level of the head, while his hands are locked behind his back.
