This Thursday night the theft of a car was reported in the commune of La Florida. Once the Carabineros received the alert, a persecution was deployed in search of the criminals, which was carried out to the commune of La Granja.
In that place the criminals fired at the police vehicle, wounding the official with three shots.
Despite his serious condition, it was indicated that the official was out of life risk. He then underwent surgery to remove the projectiles.
