Hair loss is usually affected due to a lack of protein, vitamin B12, folic acid, and iron. As much as 97 percent of hair structure is protein, so a lack of protein intake will hamper the hair regeneration process.
This often occurs in people who are on an extreme diet.
To prevent this, one should see a doctor for a blood test to check if they have any nutritional deficiencies that could be causing their hair to fall out.
