Chiara Ferragni he goes back to talking about the psychological support he hasn’t given up for about three years. A month ago, the influencer of the records confided that she had relied on therapy to overcome some of her fears, panic and anxiety attacks. With a Stories published on Instagram today, Fedez’s wife again mentioned the sessions she undergoes, inviting all her audience (stuff from nearly 25 million ‘followers’) to take care of their own mental health.
“It’s been a long day, I’ll see my psychologist in an hour: remember to always take care of your mental health (and that we all have something to work on) ”. Thus the star of the Cremonese web on Instagram. A suggestion that is the fruit of his personal journey. Recently Ferragni, as mentioned above, confessed to having suffered from panic attacks and having had to keep anxiety at bay. In particular, he faced concerns surrounding panic attacks when he lived in Los Angeles in 2015.
Fedez’s wife added that probably the mounting anxiety that attacked her in certain circumstances during her stays in the United States of America was due to the lack of closeness of the people she loved who were in Italy. This is also one of the reasons why the young Cremonese decided, at one point, to live permanently in the Bel Paese. She settled in Milan, the city where she currently resides with her husband and two children: Leone Lucia Ferragni and Vittoria Lucia Ferragni.
Chiara wanted to tell her personal story and the choice to rely on a professional therapist also to raise awareness on the issue of mental health. A theme that is independent of success, social class and other factors that are theoretically believed – or at least a part of public opinion thinks it – can give happiness and security. Not so, Ferragni is an example: now globally popular, career woman and world famous, however, he continues to have to deal with fears and fears. Better to face them head on, with those who know how to do it.
