Without an “opportunity passport”, it will be allowed to shop only in small shops of daily necessities with a separate entrance from the outside, if their sales area does not exceed 1,500 square meters.
You will not be allowed to visit the indoor catering establishments, sports clubs, receive beauty services and participate in events with more than 500 participants.
In cafes, restaurants and bars you can order food to take away or enjoy on the outdoor terraces, with no more than five people sitting at one table.
The “Opportunity Passport” will not be required to visit libraries, museums and exhibitions, to receive the necessary services of state and municipal institutions, social and legal assistance. In addition to this document, you will also be able to receive small repair services where contacts between people do not exceed 15 minutes.
Pre-school, primary, primary, secondary and basic vocational education will not require ‘opportunity passports’. They will also not be required for full-time higher education and continuing vocational education, but then regular testing will be required, which will be available free of charge until 16 October.
Healthcare services will be provided without an ‘opportunity passport’, but planned inpatient services will require a Covid-19 test, which will be publicly funded.
Holders of “Opportunity Passports”, on the other hand, will not have to comply with any restrictions, but they are advised to continue to comply with security requirements – to wear masks, disinfect hands and keep a safe distance between people in public places.
