Called “ Ecological getaway on the elephant route ”, the 3e stage of the Ivorian tourist fortnight entered its active phase on Saturday September 11, 2021. This circuit, which began in Domaine Bini, will end on Sunday September 12 with a large live concert by the artist Luckson Padaud in Daloa.
But before arriving there, the caravan was able to discover the interesting palette of surprises offered by the sublime Ivory Coast. At the first stopover at Domaine Bini, visitors were immersed in true ecotourism. Arranged between tradition and modernity while giving a large place to the habits and customs of the country, the relaxing Domaine Bini has allowed caravanners to experience intense moments of joy, entertainment and culinary tasting with varied and typically Ivorian dishes. From braising to sauces and grilling, tourists ate lunch in exceptional conditions that were part of nature. It is with a feeling of regret that the visitors abandoned the lush vegetation, the hammocks, the clay bath and the flowing water of the natural river of Domaine Bini to continue the circuit.
After a brief stop in the tourist village of Yamoussoukro, the political capital of Côte d’Ivoire, the caravan makes its second stopover in Bouaflé. Place Tchintchin in the Dioulabougou district is full of people. The delegation is received with honors to the sound of traditional music from the Marahoué region and majorettes in alluring outfits. All this to show the good symbiosis between tradition and modernity which the Tourist Fortnight has demonstrated since its launch on September 7 at the Heden Golf Hotel in Abidjan. In the capital of Marahoué, the dances ” Saplôh ” and ” Zaouli ” served as musical interludes between the various speeches of the deputy mayor, the Inspector General of tourism and head of the delegation and the Secretary General of the Prefecture of Bouaflé.
It is at the end of the evening that the caravan arrives in Daloa for its last station of the day. The atmosphere is crazy in the tourist village of the antelope capital. Despite the capricious weather, the public responded and stayed until midnight. The show was maintained by local artists and traditional dancers.
The official opening of the circuit “ Ecological getaway on the elephant routes ” takes place this Sunday, September 12 at the prefecture of Daloa. The delegation from Abidjan is led by the Inspector General of Tourism Yao Georges Boka Bi.
