The buyers are the PR veterans Lars Erik Grønntun and Jonatan Fægri through the company Paritee, writes Today’s business.
They take over 50.1 percent of the shares in Geelmuyden Kiese. The price is not known, but DN calculates a total price for GK between 70 and 80 million kroner.
Prior to the sale, Geelmuyden owned just over 80 per cent of the shares in GK through its company Koko. The change of ownership was on time, according to Geelmuyden.
